This Privacy Policy explains how frntal.com (“frntal,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you visit frntal.com, contact us, join our launch list, or use a game or application that links to this Policy (together, the “Services”).
1. Scope and game-specific notices
Our games are currently in development. Data practices can differ by title, platform, age rating, region, and enabled features. Before a game launches, we may provide a shorter in-game or store-page notice describing that title’s specific permissions, partners, and choices. If a game-specific notice conflicts with this general Policy, the more specific notice controls for that game.
2. Information we may collect
Information you choose to provide
- Contact details, such as your email address, when you contact us or ask to receive launch updates.
- Messages, feedback, survey answers, bug reports, and support requests you send us.
- Account or profile details if a future game offers an account.
Information collected automatically
Depending on the Service and your settings, we may collect device and browser type, operating system, language, app version, approximate region derived from IP address, timestamps, referring pages, crash logs, performance data, gameplay events, progress, feature usage, and identifiers used to keep the Service working or prevent fraud.
Platform, purchase, and advertising information
If a future game includes purchases, we may receive transaction status, product identifier, and a purchase receipt from Google Play or another platform. We do not receive your full payment-card number. If a title includes advertising, its specific notice will identify the advertising partners and explain how to limit personalized ads.
3. Device permissions
A game may request access to features such as notifications, local storage, microphone, camera, or nearby devices only when a feature needs them. Permission prompts will explain the immediate purpose. You can manage permissions in Android settings, although disabling a permission may make the related feature unavailable.
4. How we use information
- Provide, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the Services.
- Save progress and enable requested gameplay features.
- Respond to support requests and send requested launch updates.
- Understand performance and improve game balance, usability, and design.
- Detect abuse, cheating, fraud, or technical attacks.
- Comply with law and enforce our Terms.
5. When information is shared
We may share information with:
- Vendors that host, secure, analyze, support, or distribute the Services under contractual restrictions.
- Platform providers such as Google Play when needed to distribute a game, verify purchases, or support platform features.
- Authorities or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, or investigate misuse.
- A buyer or successor in a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale, subject to appropriate safeguards.
We do not currently sell personal information for money. If a future ad-supported title uses activity for cross-context behavioral advertising in a way that applicable law treats as “selling” or “sharing,” we will provide the required notice and opt-out mechanism before that use begins.
6. Children’s privacy
Unless a game is expressly labeled for children, our Services are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child without the consent required by applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information improperly, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where required.
7. Retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including support, security, legal, and accounting needs. Retention depends on the type of information and the Service. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no system is completely secure.
8. Your choices and rights
You may unsubscribe from launch emails using the link in a message or by contacting us. Android settings may let you reset an advertising identifier, limit ad personalization, clear local app data, manage permissions, or uninstall a game.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information, or to withdraw consent. You may also have the right to appeal our decision or complain to a data protection authority. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.
9. International processing
We and our service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, we use recognized legal safeguards for international transfers.
10. Website cookies
The current frntal.com landing page does not intentionally use non-essential advertising cookies. Basic hosting infrastructure may process technical request data needed to deliver and secure the site. If we add analytics, advertising, or other non-essential cookies, we will update this Policy and provide consent controls where required.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy as the Services evolve. We will post the updated version here and change the effective date. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice where required.
