Frntal Games (“Frntal,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) publishes frntal.com and the games that link to this policy. This policy explains what data is handled, why it is handled, who receives it, how long it is kept, and the choices available to players.
1. Scope and current services
This policy covers:
- the frntal.com website and its playable browser games;
- Android games that link to this policy; and
- messages, support requests, and launch-list requests sent to us.
A game-specific notice controls where it describes a title more precisely. Dungeon Dash has a dedicated privacy notice. Before any other Android game launches, its store listing and in-game privacy link will identify the data and SDKs used by that build.
2. Data we handle
Website and browser games
The current browser games do not require an account, do not store cloud progress, and do not send gameplay events to Frntal. A run is held in browser memory and ends when the page is refreshed or closed. Our hosting provider necessarily processes request data such as IP address, browser and device information, requested URL, timestamps, and security diagnostics to deliver and protect the site.
Information you send
We receive your email address and the contents of a message when you contact support or ask for launch updates. The website’s launch form opens your own email application; it does not silently submit the address to a website database.
Android games
An Android title may process local game progress, app interactions, diagnostics, an app-installation or advertising identifier, advertising events, consent choices, and purchase verification data. The exact practices depend on the title and must be disclosed in its game-specific notice and Google Play Data safety section.
3. How and why data is used
We use data only as reasonably necessary to:
- deliver, secure, maintain, and troubleshoot the services;
- save requested progress or settings where a game supports it;
- respond to support, privacy, and launch-list requests;
- verify purchases and restore entitlements;
- measure reliability and improve game balance and usability;
- show and measure advertising where a title discloses ads; and
- prevent fraud, cheating, abuse, and legal violations.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the services, consent for optional processing such as personalized advertising, and compliance with legal obligations.
4. Permissions and disclosures
A mobile game will request an Android permission only when a feature needs it. If data collection would not be reasonably expected by a player, the app will provide a clear in-app disclosure before the relevant access and request consent where required. Refusing an optional permission or consent will disable only the related feature where technically possible.
6. Advertising and Google Play
Some Android titles may include rewarded or interstitial advertising. The relevant game notice will identify the ad provider, data types, consent controls, and whether ads are personalized. The publisher declaration for frntal.com is available at /ads.txt. A title’s privacy notice and Google Play Data safety answers are reviewed together and should describe the same production build, including third-party SDK behavior.
7. Children and families
Unless a store listing expressly states otherwise, our services are intended for a general audience aged 13 and older and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child without the consent required by applicable law. If a title targets children, we will use age-appropriate content, ads, SDKs, and disclosures required by Google Play’s Families rules. A parent or guardian can contact us about suspected child data.
8. Retention and security
- Browser-game run state is not retained by Frntal after the session.
- Support messages are kept while needed to resolve the request and maintain a reasonable support record.
- Launch-list messages are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
- Purchase, fraud-prevention, tax, and legal records may be kept for the period required for those purposes.
- Hosting and SDK providers keep technical records according to their own documented schedules and our configuration.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No internet or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
9. Your rights and deletion
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection; withdraw consent; or complain to a data protection authority. We may verify a request before acting and may retain limited data where law, security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution requires it.
Use our Data & Account Deletion pageor email frntal.india@gmail.com. If a future app allows account creation, it must also provide an in-app deletion path; deactivation alone will not be treated as deletion.
10. International processing
Providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on adequacy decisions, contractual safeguards, or another lawful transfer mechanism. Mandatory local privacy rights are not reduced by such a transfer.
11. Changes
We may update this policy when a service, SDK, law, or data practice changes. We will post the revised policy here, update the effective date, and provide additional notice when required. Material new data uses will not be applied retroactively without a valid legal basis.
12. Contact
Frntal Games is the publisher responsible for this policy. Email privacy, support, or legal questions to frntal.india@gmail.com and identify the relevant game, country, and request. The verified legal name and address associated with a published Android title are also displayed on its Google Play developer profile where required.
