1. At a glance

  • No public player account is required.
  • Game progress and settings are stored locally on the device.
  • The game may show optional rewarded ads and interstitial ads between runs.
  • Google Play processes purchases; Frntal does not receive full payment-card details.
  • Eligible data can be requested for deletion through our public deletion page.

The Google Play Data safety form for the uploaded build must match this notice and the behavior of every SDK included in that build.

2. Information processed

On-device game data

Progress, settings, unlocked content, and local preferences are stored on your device. Frntal does not receive this local data unless you choose to include it in a support request.

Technical and app activity data

Production services may process an anonymous app-installation identifier, app version, device and operating-system information, gameplay or ad interactions, crash and performance diagnostics, IP address, approximate region derived from IP, language, request timestamps, Firebase App Check signals, and Remote Config requests.

Advertising data

Google Mobile Ads may process advertising or app-set identifiers, IP address, approximate location, ad interactions, diagnostics, and device information to deliver, limit, secure, and measure ads. Personalized-ad processing occurs only where permitted and after any required consent.

Purchase and support data

For a purchase, we may receive the product identifier, transaction status, order reference, and signed purchase token needed to verify or restore an entitlement and prevent fraud. If you contact us, we receive your email address, message, and attachments you choose to send.

3. Purposes

Information is used to operate the game, load remote settings, protect production services, diagnose crashes, improve reliability, verify and restore purchases, provide support, prevent fraud, show ads, cap ad frequency, record consent choices, and measure ad performance. We do not use contact messages for unrelated marketing without permission.

4. Advertising and consent

Dungeon Dash uses Google AdMob for optional rewarded advertisements and occasional interstitial advertisements between runs. No interstitial should interrupt active gameplay. Google’s User Messaging Platform requests and records consent where required. Available choices can be revisited through Settings → Privacy options. Google explains its data practices in the Google Privacy Policyand describes ad technology at How Google uses information for advertising.

5. Purchases

Google Play processes payment. We do not receive your full payment-card number or Google account password. Purchase-token and entitlement information is used to complete, verify, restore, support, and protect transactions. Google Play’s payment and refund rules also apply.

6. Sharing

Information may be processed by:

  • Google Play for distribution, purchases, and platform integrity;
  • Google AdMob and authorized ad partners for advertising, subject to consent choices;
  • Firebase services for app integrity, configuration, diagnostics, and related production functions;
  • support, hosting, and security providers acting on our instructions; and
  • authorities where legally required or necessary to protect users, rights, and safety.

We do not sell personal information for money. Advertising-related sharing, where applicable, is controlled and disclosed as required by law and your consent choices.

7. Retention and security

  • Local progress remains until you clear app data or uninstall the game.
  • Consent and advertising records follow the applicable SDK and configuration retention periods.
  • Purchase-verification records may be retained while an entitlement remains valid and afterward for disputes, fraud prevention, accounting, or legal duties.
  • Support messages are retained while needed to resolve and reasonably document the request.

Data transmitted to configured production services uses transport encryption supported by those services. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

8. Choices and deletion

You may decline an optional rewarded ad. Where shown, Settings → Privacy options lets you revisit advertising choices. Android settings let you manage the advertising identifier, app storage, notifications, and other permissions.

Dungeon Dash does not require a public player account. Clear app storage or uninstall to remove local progress. To request deletion of eligible backend records associated with an installation, purchase, diagnostic event, or support case, use our Data & Account Deletion page or email frntal.india@gmail.com.

9. Children

Dungeon Dash is intended for players aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13. The target-audience selection, content rating, ad configuration, and store listing must remain consistent with this statement. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information improperly.

10. International processing and rights

Providers may process data outside your country, using lawful transfer safeguards where required. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, withdraw consent, receive a copy of data, or complain to a data protection authority. We may verify a request before acting.

11. Changes and contact

We will update this notice when the production game, its SDKs, or its data practices change. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to frntal.india@gmail.com. Support is available at Dungeon Dash Support, and the game’s terms are at Dungeon Dash Terms.
