This is Frntal Games’ public deletion-request page. It applies to frntal.com and any Frntal game that points here from Google Play or from inside the app.
1. Current browser games
Rift Relay, Pocket Uprising, and Veil Runner do not create player accounts or save cloud progress. Current run state is held in browser memory. Refresh or close the page to erase that run. If you previously emailed us, you may request deletion of the message and associated contact details using the process below.
2. Dungeon Dash
Dungeon Dash does not require a public player account. Local progress can be removed by clearing app storage or uninstalling the game. To request deletion of eligible backend data associated with an anonymous installation, diagnostics, support case, or purchase, use the request process below and read the Dungeon Dash Privacy Policy.
3. How to request deletion
- Email frntal.india@gmail.com with the subject “Frntal Data Deletion Request.”
- Name the game, your country, the approximate date of use, and the data or account you want deleted.
- Include the in-game player or installation identifier if the app displays one. For a purchase record, include the Google Play order number only if needed to locate the entitlement.
Do not send a password, full payment-card number, government ID, or Google account credentials. We will request only the limited information reasonably needed to verify and locate the record.
4. What happens next
We aim to acknowledge requests within five business days and complete verified requests within the period required by applicable law, ordinarily within 30 days. If an account exists, deletion means deleting the account and associated personal data—not merely freezing or deactivating it. We will confirm completion or explain why limited data must be retained.
5. Data that may be retained
We may retain limited purchase, tax, dispute, fraud-prevention, security, or legal records when required or permitted by law. Retained data is restricted to that purpose and removed or anonymized when the retention need ends. Deleting a game account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription; subscriptions must also be managed in Google Play.
6. In-app deletion
If a Frntal app allows account creation, it will also provide a readily discoverable deletion option inside the app. This web page is the external request path. Contact support if the in-app path is unavailable, and identify the affected title and version.
