These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of frntal.com and any game, application, website, or related service that links to these Terms (together, the “Services”). By using a Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms for you. A Service may have a higher minimum age or additional family requirements described in its store listing or in-game notice.
2. License to use the Services
Subject to these Terms, frntal grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for private, non-commercial entertainment. You do not receive ownership of a Service or its content.
3. Games in development
All games currently shown on frntal.com are in development and marked “Coming soon.” Artwork, names, features, platforms, availability, and release plans may change or be cancelled. Previews do not create a promise that a game or feature will launch by a particular date, in a particular region, or with the same appearance.
Test builds may be incomplete, contain errors, lose progress, or change without notice. Unless we say otherwise, test access is personal, revocable, and provided without a service-level commitment.
4. Accounts and security
If a future Service offers accounts, you must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly tell us about unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity through your account to the extent permitted by law. We may reject misleading, offensive, or infringing profile names.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Cheat, exploit bugs, automate play, manipulate rankings, or interfere with another person’s experience.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, extract source code, bypass security, or modify a Service except where applicable law expressly permits.
- Use bots, scrapers, unauthorized servers, or tools that burden, probe, or disrupt a Service.
- Harass others, impersonate a person, distribute malware, or upload unlawful or infringing content.
- Sell, rent, transfer, or commercially exploit access, accounts, virtual items, or Service content without our written permission.
6. Purchases and virtual items
A future game may offer purchases through Google Play or another platform. The platform processes payment and its payment and refund rules also apply. Except where law or the platform’s rules require otherwise, purchases are final.
Virtual currency or items, if offered, are licensed digital content, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed or transferred outside the Service. We may change or discontinue virtual content for legitimate product, security, or legal reasons, subject to applicable law.
7. User content and feedback
If a Service lets you submit content, you keep any rights you already have. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, adapt, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, improve, and promote the relevant Service, subject to applicable privacy settings and law.
You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit the content. Feedback and ideas may be used without restriction or compensation, although we are not required to use them.
8. Our intellectual property
The Services, including software, artwork, characters, worlds, writing, audio, logos, and trademarks, belong to frntal or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant permission to use frntal branding or content outside the limited license above.
9. Updates and availability
We may update, rebalance, suspend, or discontinue a Service or feature for product, security, operational, or legal reasons. Online features may require internet access and may not be available everywhere. We are not responsible for your device, data plan, or platform account.
10. Third-party services
Services may link to or rely on app stores, platform features, or other third-party services. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content or availability.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, frntal and its affiliates, personnel, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, goodwill, or opportunities arising from the Services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the relevant Service during the six months before the claim or EUR 50. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law, including liability that cannot be limited for fraud, intent, or personal injury.
13. Suspension and termination
You may stop using a Service at any time. We may restrict or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or where a Service is discontinued. Where practical and legally required, we will provide notice and an opportunity to appeal.
14. Governing rules and disputes
Applicable mandatory consumer law remains unaffected. Otherwise, these Terms are governed by the law of the country in which the operator of frntal.com is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern informally.
15. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the Services evolve. We will post the new version and update the effective date. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
